Description
S/V Saoirse is a classic Valiant 40, Bob Perry’s most famous cruising design, now available in Fishermans Terminal, Seattle. She’s hull #250, the first one without the fire retardant resin and Rich Worstell’s personal boat, built in Bellingham, before he moved the company to Texas.and began building the boats on Lake Texoma. Beta 43HP Diesel, Aluminum single-spreader mast, Dyform compact wire rigged. Hasse Sails, Tartarooga hard dodger, four Real Dorades, ten opening portlights, 3 overhead opening hatches. Saoirse like all Valiant 40s, was designed for the ocean; with a low-windage profile, snug cockpit, ready handholds and comfortable motion. They don’t make boats like this anymore, so buy her before someone else gets a great deal on this fine local Valiant 40.
